By accessing and playing Whopper Clicker ("the Game"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Disclaimer of Affiliation

Whopper Clicker is an unofficial, fan-made parody game. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Burger King Corporation or any of its subsidiaries or its affiliates. The name "Whopper" as well as related names, marks, emblems, and images are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily play the game strictly for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and you may not modify or copy the materials.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Whopper Clicker or its creators be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the game, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. This applies particularly to repetitive strain injuries caused by excessive clicking.
